The world's first automatic diesel convection oven has a thermostatically controlled fan for fast and precise cooking times. Now you can really cook the same flavors you would at home. As there is no open flame, it is safe to use at high temperatures and fuel consumption is so low that one hour of cooking will only require about 0.25 l (8.5 oz) of fuel.
Diesel can be removed from the main fuel tank thus saving a lot of space.
High-quality aluminum and stainless steel keep your Wallas oven looking great for years.
89 D is as easy to use as if it were at home. Simply start it by pressing a button and choose the desired temperature by turning the thermostat. Cook your recipes on the burner on the left side of the hob and on the burner on the right at a slightly lower temperature.
On colder days, lower the lid and let warm air out. The lid is also a convenient protection for the ceramic surface.

Calibrated to burn fossil-free renewable diesel (e.g. HVO).
Cleaner combustion. The larger burner burns fuel more slowly, resulting in ultra-low CO2 and NOX emissions.
Combustion air is taken from the interior and exhaust gases are safely vented to the outside, keeping the interior air clean and free of unpleasant odors.
