The world's first automatic diesel convection oven has a thermostatically controlled fan for fast, precise cook times. Since there is no open flame, it is safe to use at high temperatures and the fuel consumption is so low that one hour of cooking will only require about 0.25 l (8.5 oz) of fuel.
Diesel can be drawn from the main fuel tank thus saving a large amount of space.
High-quality aluminum and stainless steel keep the Wallas oven looking great for years to come.
87 D is as easy to use as if it were at home. Just start it by pressing a button and choose the desired temperature by turning the thermostat. Cook your recipes on the fire on the left side of the hob and on the fire on the right at a slightly lower temperature. Wallas 87 D is perfect for long trips, when you want to have the same quality meals you are used to at home.

Calibrated to burn fossil-free renewable diesel (eg HVO).
Cleaner combustion. The larger burner burns fuel more slowly, resulting in ultra-low CO2 and NOX emissions.
Combustion air is taken from inside and exhaust gases are safely vented to the outside, keeping indoor air clean and free from unpleasant odours.
