When will my order be processed?
All orders are prepared and shipped from our warehouse at Paseo Marítimo 94-97, Local, 08800, Vilanova i la Geltrú, Barcelona, Spain. We process orders Monday through Friday. Orders will be processed within 1-3 business days from the order date and shipped the next day after the processing day, as long as the ordered items are in stock. In the event that any of the requested products are not in stock, you will be notified, having the option to receive the amount of the product that is not in stock or wait for it to arrive at our facilities. The fact that for some reason or error the stock shown in the online store differs from the real stock will not be the subject of a claim. Please note that we do not ship on weekends. You will need to allow additional time for order processing during holidays and sale seasons.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Once you place the order, and as long as the material is in Stock in our physical store, wait 2 to 3 business days to receive it depending on your geographical location. Orders placed after 2:00 p.m. will be processed the following day.
You can request an estimated shipping time for products that do not show stock or contain the legend "check stock" through our email info@dessal.es .
Will I be charged taxes and customs?
The prices shown in our online store include VAT and are free of duties and taxes that have already been previously paid by Dessal Water Tech SL
